The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints donates to Trinidad and Tobago

The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints continues to support people around the world in this difficult time. Trinidad and Tobago has not been left out as they have been supported with 200 hampers. These hampers are going to the needy.

The donation made was presented to the Special Operations Response Team for distribution to persons in dire need. They brought to the light the kind gesture made by the church through their Twitter handle and their Facebook page on June 2, 2020.

The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints today presented 200 hampers to the Special Operations Response Team (SORT) for distribution to persons in dire need of assistance during this COVID-19 Pandemic. The handover took place at the Church’s offices at Cipriani Boulevard, Port-of-Spain.

Donations have been done in countless countries around the world such as the United States, Ghana, Zimbabwe, Philippines, Nigeria, Guyana, and many others that have not been brought to light. With COVID-19 still around, the church will continue to do good.
