Four temples reopening for phase two with two Chile temples on the list

Four temples reopening for phase two – Two Chile temples in the list. In a new letter sent to members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, the church is reopening four temples in addition to the already reopened phase two temples. The new addition will start taking in members from November 9, 2020.
The four temples reopening for phase two will move the reopened temples from 123 to 127.
As stated on the church website, the focus for phase 1 and 2 are as follows:
Phase 1
- Perform living sealings only for previously endowed members under strict guidelines and safety precautions
Phase 2
- Perform all temple ordinances for living individuals, with priority given for those who will be sealed. The next priority will be endowments for in-field missionaries (who left home prior to receiving their endowment), then followed by those departing for missionary service in the near future. These priorities will be addressed according to the capacity and scheduling ability of each temple.
- Maintain closure of patron housing, clothing, and cafeteria operations
Below are the temples to reopen on November 9, 2020, for phase 2:
- Concepción Chile
- Oakland California
- Port-au-Prince Haiti
- Santiago Chile
